Photo S: approx. 640 x 480 pixels
Photo M: approx. 1024 x 640 pixels
Photo L: approx. 1280 x 1024 pixels – this generally corresponds to the flat-rate download format
Photo XL: approx. 1536 x 1280 pixels – this generally corresponds to the image format when purchasing a single image

Downloading and Ordering Individual Photos and Documents

Many, but not all, photos are available for download.

Click here to view an overview of all photos included in the flat-rate download plan.
In the Master Finder, you can limit your selection to downloadable images (the “All / Download Photos” field).
In addition to the download option, you can also place individual orders for photos (orders subject to payment); delivery will be sent via email after payment is received.

Help with Paypal payment and registration

Depending on the desired term, click the PayPal button.
Then log in to your PayPal account and pay.
After your PayPal payment, you will be taken directly to the registration process.
First, you will choose your username. You will receive a confirmation email for this.
Afterwards, you will receive another email to set your password.The password must be 8 characters long (letters AND numbers).
After successfully registering/log in, you can enter your registration details on the homepage and off you go…

What do you need to bear in mind?

Our offer is intended exclusively for private individuals. Commercial use or exploitation is not permitted without our consent. You must not disclose your personal password to third parties; otherwise, we reserve the right to block your password. Special discounted ticket prices are available for clubs on request. As we are constantly expanding our service, we reserve the right to adjust ticket prices in line with increased content.

The validity period expires automatically for tickets valid for 24 and 48 hours, as well as for the 1-year ticket without PayPal payment. For the 1-year ticket with PayPal payment, the validity period is automatically extended via PayPal payment. You may object to this extension until the next monthly due date by stopping the payment without further notice to us.

Temporary disruptions, e.g. due to server overload, maintenance work and content redesign, do not constitute a material defect.

How much does it cost to use the service – how do the downloads work?

Depending on your selection, your password will grant you access to all content available for download in our archive for the selected time period. Your access is therefore limited to the period you have selected; in other words, the number of downloads is not limited during this usage period, although the downloads are intended ‘only’ for your personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

File sizes range from 50 KB to a maximum of approx. 65 MB (timetable to track plan); in this respect, your internet service provider’s charges apply; depending on your tariff plan (e.g. volume-based, time-based or flat rate), your provider may charge you for internet usage/downloads; please therefore check which tariff plan you have with your provider.

How much does it cost to renew the subscription?

The 24-hour and 48-hour tickets, as well as the annual ticket without PayPal payment, expire automatically and can be renewed by you afterwards.
The annual ticket with PayPal payment renews automatically and can be cancelled by you before the first automatic renewal and subsequently before each subsequent monthly due date. There is therefore no risk of a ‘subscription trap’.
